当院では、患者様に安全かつ適切な医療を提供し、診療内容、検査結果、治療方針その他の重要な医療情報について正確な意思疎通を確保するため、日本語による十分なコミュニケーションが困難な場合には、必要に応じて医療通訳サービスを提供しています。
本サービスは、厚生労働省による令和8年3月27日付通知「『療養の給付と直接関係ないサービス等の取扱いについて』の一部改正について」（保医発0327第7号、令和8年6月1日適用）を踏まえて実施するものです。
2026年9月1日より、医療通訳サービスをご利用いただく場合には、公的医療保険による診療費とは別に、医療通訳サービス利用料をご負担いただきます。

Our clinic provides medical interpretation services, as necessary, for patients who have difficulty communicating sufficiently in Japanese, in order to provide safe and appropriate medical care and to ensure accurate communication regarding medical consultations, test results, treatment plans, and other important medical information.
These services are provided in accordance with the notification issued by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on March 27, 2026, entitled “Partial Revision of the Handling of Services Not Directly Related to Benefits Covered by Public Health Insurance” (Notification No. 0327-7, effective June 1, 2026).
Effective September 1, 2026, patients who use medical interpretation services will be required to pay a medical interpretation service fee separately from medical fees covered by the Japanese public health insurance system.
