コロナ禍において受診時の付き添いの制限をしておりましたが、２０２３年５月８日（月）より制限を解除いたします。
ただし、下記の点につきましては、引き続きご協力をお願いいたします。

１．付き添いはお一人のみです
お子様が付き添う場合にはご連絡ください。

２．患者様および付き添いの方は、不織布マスクの着用をお願いいたします
２０２３年３月１３日よりマスク着用は個人の判断となりましたが、受診時はマスク着用が推奨されております。
ご協力のほどお願いいたします。

３．１週間以内に３７．５℃以上の発熱、咳、咽頭痛、鼻汁、倦怠感などの感染症状があった場合にはお付き添いいただけません。

The restriction on attendance during medical examinations for the Corona Disaster will be lifted as of May 8, 2023 (Monday).
However, we ask for your continued cooperation with the following points

1. Only one attendance is allowed.
Please let us know if your child will be accompanying you.

2. Patients and attendants are required to wear non-woven masks.
As of March 13, 2023, the wearing of masks is at the discretion of the individual, but it is recommended that masks be worn during medical visits.

3. If you have any infectious symptoms such as fever over 37.5°C, cough, sore throat, nasal discharge, or fatigue within a week, you will not be allowed to accompany the patient to the clinic.
